Space rental services
We rent cold or semi-warm storage space, music space and multifunctional space for customers use.
We have space for various uses such as, parties, meetings, evenings and trainings.
For musicians and bands, we rent a music room that is safe, spacious, clean and equipped with quality instruments, as well as a mixing table.
We rent cold and warm storage space for the storage of goods, vehicles and machineries. The facilities are safe and clean in accordance with the strict building and storage regulations.
Hall space
The new multifunctional space is opened for customers.
Spacious, warm, hall space with bars, the space can be adapted to the purpose of use, guests are offered bright and spacious space for parties, meetings, evenings, training and demonstration events.
In addition to enjoying karaoke, small-scale live music and bar products, the Alanko Old Cowhouse Pirtti-Bar now also offers pro-level darts.
Music space
The music room will be opened for customers in the coming spring of 2021.
Soundproof and acoustics, built a training and recording mode for musicians, bands, artists. The space is warm, spacious, tidy and equipped with basic instruments (drums, sound, PA, microphones, etc.). The space is accompanied by a “control room”, i.e. a mixing console that can be used to monitor voice and also to take care of image exposure.
Gym
The gym is available to our customers.
The use of the gym is included in the programme services and can be purchased as a product or as part of a program service or accommodation package. Note! The gym is not open to the public, but is sold on order to customers.
